"I want to get it out there that you don't need gastric bypass surgery ... just do healthy eating, portion sizes and the food groups. That's what I did. I met with a dietitian.

"Go back to the basics. Don't deny yourself anything. ... Eat the food groups. Don't do anything drastic. Stick to the food groups. Stick to portion sizes. That's it."
